2016年11月4日周五上午9:00,ylzzcom永利总站线路检测我院青年科协联合院研究生会举办的青年学术沙龙第187场在化学楼210室顺利举行,本次学术沙龙的主讲人为瑞士苏黎世联邦工学院的Manfred. Roth博士,ylzzcom永利总站线路检测刘立斌教授等师生到场参加。
报告会题目为“Advanced joining and interface technology”,Manfred. Roth博士详细讲述了铜焊连接方式的问题,包括铜焊温度、表面处理、金刚石研磨工具等。展示了连接之前的准备工作以及运用热力学计算进行模型模拟。列举了燃气涡轮的失效实例,用热力学模拟得出了几个主要的结论,例如增加镍含量有利于二元体心立方和面心立方马氏体的形成。研究了Mo元素以及焊料的纳米结构对实验的影响。详细的分析了人造髋关节断裂的案例。在讲解过程中Manfred. Roth博士结合丰富的肢体语言与同学们积极互动。报告结束后,Manfred. Roth博士与在场学生进行了热情的交流,细心回答同学们提出的问题,并鼓励同学们要刻苦努力,多动脑筋,勤思考,全场掌声热烈不断。
